Ethan and Friends

The Ethan and Friends project features songs co-written by Ethan and his clients. These songs were developed to meet a range of goals, from skill building to emotional support. Over the course of several months the songs were rehearsed and refined, emphasizing discipline, organization, and long term planning, before being recorded in a special session at a professional recording studio.

Iced Ink

Since 2011 Ethan has been the drummer and co-leader for instrumental rock band Iced Ink, who’s music incorporates elements of jazz, metal, country music and more. Wondering about the name? Say it five times fast! While the music may be complex, the band’s approach emphasizes fun, spontaneity, and interaction, allowing Ethan to bring his full range of musical skills to the table.

Session work

As a drummer, Ethan has had the pleasure to do recording session work with a wide variety of artists. Below are some recent examples. His latest release with actress Amy Irving features a song written by and featuring the legendary Willie Nelson!
